Brandon R. Johnson is a Housing & Community Development Consultant with Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc. He joined Mullin & Lonergan Associates as a full-time employee in June of 2008 after a nine-month internship with the firm. Mr. Johnson earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Elizabethtown College. He authored the white paper, “Preserving the Affordable Housing Stock of Pennsylvania,” which was published in Elizabethtown’s Business & Economics Digest.
Mr. Johnson has assisted with the submission of applications for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and PennHOMES loans from PHFA, Affordable Housing Program funds from the Federal Home Loan Bank, and Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development programs. He has participated in the completion of housing needs assessments, analyses of impediments to fair housing, and other planning/housing studies with skills including GIS mapping, census data collection and analysis, and financial analysis.
