MLCM Core Services 

MLCM provides compliance services to the affordable housing industry.  We assist our clients in complying with the complex requirements of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and HUD's Home Investment Partnership (HOME) Program. 

MLCM provides on site services to property managers.  We assist management staff with initial lease up in order to establish a solid foundation for new projects.  For established projects, we review tenant files, management  procedures and tenant leases to insure compliance with program requirements.  Our staff inspects dwelling units as a preparatory measure for IRS and state housing agency audits.  We prepare management and marketing plans that meet all HUD and IRS regulatory requirements.  

Knowledgeable managers are the best defense against infractions of regulatory requirements. MLCM provides customized on site training to property managers.  We offer a proven curriculum and reference manual that covers critical compliance issues such as:
