Mark Reese is a Finance and Development Consultant with Mullin & Lonergan Associates. He joined the firm in 2008. His clients include housing authorities, HUD city and county entitlement communities, small cities and towns, and not-for-profit agencies. Along with providing technical assistance to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit recipients, Mark has worked on a variety of housing development feasibility studies, funding proposals, and housing development projects.
Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science with a major in Real Estate from The Pennsylvania State University. Prior to moving back to Central Pennsylvania, Mark worked as an underwriter of commercial mortgages for Prudential Mortgage Capital Company in Chicago. Mark has also worked as an investment analyst for Ram Real Estate, a residential and retail developer in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Parmenter Realty Partners, a private office real estate investment trust in Miami, FL.
