Compliance Management, LLC (MLCM) provides compliance services to
affordable housing professionals in support of Federal Low Income Housing
Tax Credit and HOME funded rental housing projects.
MLCM assists it
clients in meeting the challenges of managing an affordable housing
development. All of our
services are customized based on client needs and the regulatory
requirements of HUD’s HOME Program and the Federal Low Income Housing
Tax Credit provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
Our goal is to build client confidence and managerial effectiveness
through training, compliance screening and on-going technical support.
