Mr. Wasielewski is a Principal of Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc. He was employed by Mullin & Lonergan from 1995 through 1999 and returned to M&L in 2003. Between 1999 and 2003, Mr. Wasielewski worked as a project manager for a national non-profit housing developer managing HUD technical assistance grants and assisting in HOPE VI development projects. Mr. Wasielewski specializes in housing and community development related work for Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc. and has worked extensively with non-profit organizations and housing authorities throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia since 1993. He is an expert in the CDBG, Federal HOME, Low Income Housing Tax Credit programs, PHFA Homeownership Choice Programs, large scale neighborhood revitalization projects, and affordable for sale housing transactions.
