Diane
Cake, Compliance Specialist, has six years of property management
experience in the Affordable Housing Industry and she has worked with
nationally known management firm Pennrose Properties. Diane has been
certified as an Assisted Housing Manager (AHM).
Ms. Cakes
duties consist of maintaining open and ongoing communication with her
portfolio of clients in order to continue to provide excellent customer
service; assist clients by clarifying tax credit practices and
procedures: reviewing tenant files for eligibility and compliance
issues; generating reports; and assisting with preparation of training
and related materials.
