Mr. Genga is a professional planner and has participated in planning assignments throughout the State of Pennsylvania at both the municipal and county level. Mr. Genga provides housing rehabilitation and inspection services to the firm’s clients in Somerville, NJ; West Amwell, NJ; and Lambertville, NJ. He has experience writing zoning ordinances as well as resolving zoning ordinance related issues. Mr. Genga is also the person primarily responsible for the firm’s GIS/mapping production.
Mr. Genga has participated in the Hampton Roads, VA Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing; the Delaware Housing Needs Assessment; and the Accomack/ Northampton, VA Housing Needs Analysis. He works with CDBG and HOME clients in all levels of program management and maintenance. Mr. Genga has also participated in the preparation of comprehensive plans, redevelopment plans, and special studies.
