Karen Wert, of MLCM’s Harrisburg office, has more than 18 years of
property management experience. Ms. Wert has worked with nationally
known management firms such as AIMCO and PennRose Properties. She
maintains an Accredited Residential Manager designation and a
Pennsylvania Real Estate license.
Ms. Wert supports the overall
efforts of MLCM by assisting in the development and distribution of
compliance materials and updates; reviewing tenant files for eligibility
and compliance issues; generating projects reports; preparing training
manuals and related documentation; and assisting with the overall
coordination and delivery of services to clients.
