Our staff provides a detailed review of tenant files at the time of initial occupancy and at the time of recertification. MLCM maintains a computerized database of tenant data for report purposes and for future reference. We review management policies and procedures, tenant leases and provide dwelling unit inspection services to assist our clients in preparing for a state housing agency or IRS audit. We provide follow up assistance as needed to resolve audit deficiencies. MLCM provides specialized programs for "troubled projects".
