Maxine Lebo works out of MLCM’s office in
Harrisburg. Ms. Lebo has years of experience in property management,
serving diverse resident populations, including Bond Financed, Tax
Credit, Section 8, Scattered sites, and Conventional Properties. She is
knowledgeable in Rent Roll and AMSI resident data systems. She is a
Certified Apartment Manager and a Notary Public.
Ms. Lebo assists in the development and
distribution of compliance materials and updates; reviewing tenant files
for eligibility and compliance issues; generating projects reports;
preparation of training manuals and related documentation; and assists
with the overall coordination and delivery of services to clients.
