St. Francis Commons – Scranton, PA
Located in downtown Scranton, the 2014 newly constructed St. Francis Commons is a housing facility designed to provide transitional housing to homeless veterans. The upper two floors of The Commons include 30 single room occupant dormitory rooms with shared kitchen and lounge spaces. The first floor is comprised of offices for the residential facility, a self-select food pantry, and a community relief clothing store.
