THOMAS J. LONERGAN
|
Thomas J. Lonergan is the Chief Financial Officer of Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc. and its affiliates and has been a principal of the firm since 1989. He has more than twenty-six years of experience in the housing and financial analysis field. Mr. Lonergan is a registered securities broker and has assisted in the development of more than 2,000 units utilizing the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program and the Housing Rehabilitation Program in the Borough of Somerville, New Jersey, a position he has held since 1986. Mr. Lonergan holds a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University. |
