Bellefonte Mews Garman Theatre Demolition and reconstruction of the historic Garman Theatre created 21 general occupancy affordable housing units and includes commercial space on the first floor. This portion of the development was financed with federal LIHTC and PHFA PennHOMES funds. Bellefonte Mews Cadillac Substantial rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the former Cadillac dealership building resulting in 11 upper floor affordable housing units for general occupancy with common space on the first floor. This portion of the development received Historic Tax Credits as well as federal LIHTC and PHFA PennHOMES.
