M&L’s legacy was founded in affordable housing and community development. Today, you can find us meeting with local governments, nonprofit organizations, for-profit developers, and public housing authorities collaborating on plans to create more affordable housing opportunities.  Our services include pre-development planning, preparation of development and operating budgets, financial packaging, preparation of LIHTC and other funding applications, tax credit syndication services, coordination of project closings, 10% carryover allocations packages, and much more.
