Mullin & Lonergan Associates, Inc. was formed in 1965 by Gerry Mullin and Michael Lonergan. In 1979, the firm was consolidated into Northeast & Bucks Company, a sister company also created by our founders. Although the legal name of our firm is Northeast & Bucks Company, we use the trade name of M&L because of the goodwill and recognition that we have built within the industry for over 50 years.

M&L was originally formed to assist communities in their efforts to participate in federal and state housing, redevelopment, and economic development programs. Over the years, M&L has evolved into a multi-disciplinary consulting firm that offers a diversified range of planning and development services to government, non-profit organizations, and the private sector.
